Location is excellent, could here noise from upstairs rooms but nothing too hectic. Mostly clean rooms with just the kitchen needing a better wipe over. Bathrooms clean. Bed for me was too firm and pillows need replacing or take your own. My son said it was fine for him. Overall 3/5 but would stay again.

Nice place... In the outskirts of sort.. Bit far from the station. Next to the Macquarie mall which is good. Hotel has a gym, pool n sauna Rooms are good and well maintained. Rooms have laundry, dish washer, etc which is good for longer stays. But unlike hotel rooms they done clean the place, wash utensils or do up the beds daily which I didn't like WiFi wasn't so good but decent. They have a 10 am checkout which was too early for me... They extend till 11 but was chargeable thereafter. All in all a decent stay experience

Good comfortable bed. Small but adequate bathroom. Comfy couch in living space. Close to shopping centre. Lift straight to Carpark. Friendly reception. They allowed us an early check in. View was of building next door. Would stay again if necessary.

Awful stay. Within the 8 nights i stayed here: - power outage for 2+ hours, across all rooms in the building. No electricity, a/c, etc. this was on a hot summer Saturday with 41deg temperature -room door malfunctioned, and i was stuck in the bedroom. Handyman had to dismantle the knob and get me out. Ended up being late for a meeting . -shuttle bus was down for good duration of 3-4 days Good thing i cut short my stay by a night - i heard the lifts were down on the night i was supposed to stay.

This is a beautiful motel, but we arrived on a 39 degree day and had no lights or air-conditioning before heading out for the night. I'm sure this is a one-off and they fixed it before we got home that night but it was a bit annoying.

I have stayed here twice with my family and I highly recommend them. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Location is excellent as its close to the motorway, opposite the mall and bus station. Parking is extra for $20 per day
